Policies

Cancellation Policies

Upon cancellation, you have one time to reschedule your class. Monthy Wednesday classes: Prepayment for such class is due prior the close of business on the Tueday before the class. If you have registered, but have not paid by 24 hours before class is scheduled, we assume you will not be attending. You may bring payment to class, but certification cards will not be distributed until there is confirmed payment. We accept credit and debit cards, cash and business/corporate checks. We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS.

Class Times & Arrival Times

All start times for classes are prompt. However, end times can change w/additional questions/practices as need. Admittance to class may not be allowed if arriving 15 minutes or more late. We prefer you arrive at least 20 minutes before start time.

Children/Guests

Children or unregistered quests are not allowed in class. Children under the age of  14 taking  CPR and/or First Aid classes must register and attend with an adult.

Registration & Payment Policies

Registration is not complete until the class is paid for by registrant. Upon completing the online registration form you will be contacted to provide payment information. We accept credit and debit cards, cash and business/corporate checks. We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS.

* We require a minimum of 4 individuals for on-site training. Please note on-site training may be scheduled for less that 4 participants, however a surcharge will added.

Please be assured that your information is protected and secure. We value your privacy and do not provide customer information to third parties.

We are licensed and insured by Kiely, Hines & Associates. We are an accredited business registered with the Better Business Bureau. Our instructors have been certified by The American Heart Association.
