Cancellation Policy: Upon cancellation, you have one time to reschedule your class.
PaymentPolicy: We accept credit and debit cards, cash and business/corporate checks. We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS. Upon completing the online registration form you will be contacted to provide payment information.
Service Area: Additional travel expenses may apply.
Onsite TrainingPolicy: We require a minimum of 6 individuals for on-site training. Please note on-site training may be scheduled for less than 6 participants, however a surcharge will be added.
Student Attendance: We accept changes in enrollment up to 24 hours before a class is scheduled to begin. Please note that if we don't receive notification about changes in the number of attendees, at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay for students who do not attend. SecurityPolicy: Please be assured that your information is protected and secure. We value your privacy and do not provide customer information to third parties.
Class Times & Arrival Times: All start times for classes are prompt. However, end times can change w/additional questions/practices as need. Admittance to class may not be allowed if arriving 15 minutes or more late. We prefer you arrive at least 20 minutes before start time.
Children/GuestsPolicy: Children or unregistered quests are not allowed in class. Children under the age of 14 taking CPR and/or First Aid classes must register and attend with an adult.
Credentials We are licensed and insured by Kiely, Hines & Associates. Our instructors are certified by the American Heart Association.
